Each controller is carefully inspected and restored. You may notice minor cosmetic signs of use (such as light surface marks), but overall, the controller is in excellent condition with minimal wear.
Note: Retail packaging, USB charging cable, and manual are not included.

- Designs we use go through significant durability testing to ensure longevity.
- If for any reason a controller does not work when it arrives, please contact us and we will offer to repair your controller
- Due to the unfortunate reality with all official controllers, we can not be held responsible for joystick drift. We do offer an inexpensive repair services to fix drift problems if they arise
- We guarantee the quality of our custom built controllers and promise to stand by you if issues arise regarding the custom design, button problems, or certain power issues. Feel free to reach out to us via email if you have any concerns or questions
- To extend the long life of your controller keep hands clean when playing, and for optional added protection consider a clear protective case.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of arrival and at buyers expense, unless controller arrives faulty or damaged. Abused products will not be accepted for returns.
